Architect Umair instilled the firm he founded in 2008, with a spirit of critical thinking and open inquiry.
He pioneered the concept of interdisciplinary planning and design approach that the firm continues to build on, adapting it to the changing circumstances and involving needs of its clients.
With a dedicated team of young architects Unitz Dezignz runs on the intensity of their combined energy and focus. Every member brings his or her skills and experiences to the table.
Architecture, through our conception is not about designing spaces but to dawn upon the client’s spirit, envisioning the design personally by curtailing all possible flaws to make it blossom into an elite edifice externally & internally in comfort.
Unitz Dezignz is a vibrant, design conscious, service oriented, multidisciplinary architectural firm based in Bangalore. Projects are diverse which includes Institutional, Residential, Villas, Apartments, Hospitality, Urban Designs and Commercial Architecture along with Interiors and Landscape design.
Principal Architect
Born in Sirsi, Umair Rehman graduated from The School of Architecture – Ramaiah Institute Of Technology – Bangalore, in 2006. After graduating he practiced under Ar. Vinnu Ponnappa. This period proved decisive in his professional and personal journey.
Soon after he established his own firm, Unitz Dezignz, in Bangalore in 2009, beginning a career that would lead to him creating significant, exemplary work.
He has designed buildings of many prototypes, from public and private projects to retail, and from Interior design to Landscape.
