When Tulasi Technologies commissioned Unitz Dezignz to design their flagship corporate office in Bellandur, the objective was ambitious: engineer a workspace that acts as a powerful talent magnet, fosters agile cross-functional collaboration, and reinforces an energizing corporate identity.

Our architectural vision moved away from rigid legacy corporate layouts. Instead, we designed a fluid, open-concept technology campus interior that balances intense collaborative energy with quiet spaces for deep technical engineering and strategic decision-making.

Spatial Flow: Fluid Collaboration Meets Focused Sprint Zones

The floorplate is structured around an intuitive circular circulation spine that connects specialized work zones. At the center of the office is the "Innovation Hub"—an open, agile workstation floor with custom linear desks, integrated wire raceways, and adjustable ergonomic task seating.

Flanking the main floor are informal collaboration pods, whiteboard huddle nooks, and acoustic phone booths where engineers can take quick stand-ups or private international client calls without booking a formal boardroom. This layout minimizes friction in daily communication and accelerates problem-solving across development teams.

Material Honesty: Industrial Chic with Vibrant Brand Geometry

The material palette embraces clean, contemporary industrial chic. Exposed concrete ceiling slabs are treated with acoustic spray and left open to maximize vertical ceiling clearance, creating an airy, loft-like volume. Suspended black cable trays and custom geometric linear LED luminaires run along dynamic diagonals, guiding eye movement across the floor.

Vibrant corporate brand colors—energizing cyan, warm amber, and deep slate grey—are introduced through acoustic wall panels, upholstered booth cushions, and geometric floor graphics. High-performance modular carpet tiles with sound-dampening backing reduce footstep noise, maintaining an acoustically controlled environment even during high-tempo workdays.

Acoustic Calibration and Meeting Room Architecture

In tech office design, speech privacy and video conferencing clarity are paramount. The formal executive boardroom and team meeting suites are engineered as high-performance acoustic enclosures. Double-glazed structural glass partitions with drop-down acoustic door seals prevent sensitive business discussions from leaking into the public work floor.

Bespoke wall paneling featuring grooved timber slats backed with high-density acoustic mineral wool absorbs voice reverberation, ensuring crystal-clear audio during high-stakes hybrid meetings with overseas clients.

Human Wellbeing: Ergonomics, Refreshment, and Biophilia

Employee wellbeing is deeply woven into the design. Every workstation is positioned to enjoy indirect daylight from perimeter curtain walls, cutting down on eye strain and fatigue. A vibrant central pantry and recreational lounge features a barista coffee bar, communal picnic-style dining benches, and table tennis amenities, encouraging teams to unplug, recharge, and bond organically throughout the day.

Lush indoor biophilic planter dividers populated with air-purifying plants bring natural greenery into the tech sanctuary, boosting oxygen levels and reducing mental fatigue.
